When Khloé Kardashian shared a side-by-side photo comparison showing off how much weight she's lost recently, we're pretty sure the entire world stared at their computer screens in awe.
The 30-year-old appears to have trimmed up quite a bit, and she's finally letting the world in on her secrets! No gimmicks, no Kardashian weight loss pill (although we're surprised that doesn't exist) — just good old fashioned diet and exercise.

"I work out almost every day," she told 'People.' "I go to a trainer five days a week, and on the weekends, I do cardio and whatever I want to do."
The reality star also admits she's being drinking a lot more water (5 liters a day!) and cutting her calorie intake by doing portion control which has helped her from overeating.
"It's really hard. You have to train your body to eat less. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach," she said.
Clearly, what she's doing is working just fine — because KoKo looks better than ever! Keep it up, girlfriend.
