She’s had enough. Khloé Kardashian is still healing from all of the heartbreak she suffered in the aftermath of Tristan Thompson‘s cheating scandal with Kylie Jenner’s former best friend, Jordyn Woods. But even though she’s still hurting, she isn’t about to let trolls make her feel any worse with their negative comments. The 34-year-old took to Instagram on Saturday, March 9, to share a message to all of her haters who think it’s okay to leave her mean or rude comments during this difficult time.

“‘Your perception of me is a reflection of you.'” Be aware of your words. What you say does matter,” Khloé wrote in her Instagram caption. “Become more aware of the negative things you think and say. What does it actually accomplish by criticizing somebody else? Do you have any concept of how positively it can change someone’s day to receive a compliment or words of encouragement? Try to choose your words wisely. What you say to others says much more about you than it does about them.”

The mama of one — she shares 11-month-old daughter True with the 27-year-old NBA star — has had to deal with a lot of criticism and haters in the midst of her baby daddy’s cheating scandal. As In Touch previously reported, Tristan was “definitely hooking up” with Jordyn, 21, at a party at his house over Valentine’s Day week. After that, Khloé finally kicked her cheating baby daddy to the curb and the Kardashian/Jenner family slowly started to cut Jordyn off.

Many haters felt that Tristan cheating on Khloé again with her little sister’s best friend was “karma,” and they felt that Khloé somehow deserved what happened to her after she took the Cleveland Cavalier back after his first cheating scandal last April. Earlier this week, Khloé publicly called out a hater for leaving a rude comment under a sweet video of her with True. “Great Morning!!!! 💕,” Khloé wrote in her caption. One social media user wrote, “I bet Tristan is thinking the same thing waking up in another woman’s bed,” and Khloé clapped back: “You are a PRESCHOOL TEACHER leaving comments like this?! I’ll pray for you!”
