The 33-year-old’s journey to becoming a first-time mom hasn’t been an easy one. Earlier this year, she confessed that she was off her birth control and was ready to have babies with her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, 26. However, she quickly learned that it may be harder than she expected. During an episode of KUWTK that aired earlier this year, the family’s OB/GYN told her that she had “fewer follicles” than he anticipated for someone her age, but — fortunately — things seemed to have returned to normal once she went off birth control.

And now that she has a little one on the way, Koko — who has proved time and time again that she’s a rockstar aunt — probably doesn’t have any plans to stop any time soon. “[Tristan] wants to have kids now,” she said earlier this year. “He wants to have like five or six kids with me… Knowing I’m not on birth control, it’s scary. It’s like a really big step. I am really excited about my future.”

Safe to say — we are too! Congrats again, Koko!
