Khloé Kardashian Channeled Diana Ross at Her Birthday Party and People Aren’t Happy: ‘She Thinks She Is Black’
She just can’t catch a break! On Tuesday, March 26, Khloé Kardashian arrived at Diana Ross’ birthday party channeling the legendary singer by wearing a sparkly gold dress with wild curly hair, but fans were not digging her look.
One person wrote on Twitter, “@khloekardashian was looking a little ummmm black at Diana Ross’ party. Actually, very black. Her skin was way darker than what it is. Being in custom doesn’t mean to tan or wear ‘extra bronzer,’” while another echoed, “SHE IS CONFUSED. LOOK AT THAT STARE, SHE THINKS SHE IS BLACK.”
However, some of her loyal followers immediately had her back and didn’t think there was anything wrong with her outfit choice. “Khloé Kardashian looked BEYOND amazing in a sexy gold dress while attending Diana Ross’ 75th birthday bash,” someone wrote. A second chimed in, writing, “CAN WE TALK ABOUT @khloekardashian LOOKIN’ LIKE A QUEEEEEEEEEEN AT DIANA ROSS’ 75TH BIRTHDAY BASH?!?!? B********** I AM SHOOK.”
This isn’t the first time that the 34-year-old has sparked some controversy. Recently, on March 21, Koko posted a photo on Instagram promoting weight loss shakes and actress Jameela Jamil roasted her in the comments section.
“#ad Loving how my tummy looks right now you guys! I brought @flattummyco’s meal replacement shakes into my routine about 2 weeks ago, and my progress is undeniable,” the blonde beauty wrote. “P.S. the shakes are 20% off today and you can get Flat Tummy Tea at a really good deal, too. Shortly after, The Good Place star, 33, wrote a savage message to her. “If you’re too irresponsible to: a) own up to the fact that you have a personal trainer, nutritionist, probable chef and a surgeon to achieve your aesthetic, rather than this laxative product … and b) tell them the side effects of this NON-FDA approved product that most doctors are saying aren’t healthy,” she fumed. “Side effects such as: Possible Flat Tummy Tea side effects are cramping, stomach pains, diarrhea and dehydration … then I guess I have to.”
She added, “It’s incredibly awful that this industry bullied you until you became this fixated on your appearance. That’s the media’s fault. But now please don’t put that back into the world, and hurt other girls, the way you have been hurt. You’re a smart woman. Be smarter than this.”
