The reality TV world was thoroughly shook when Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd announced her engagement to boyfriend Rick Leventhal on November 13. Back in September, the 44-year-old seemingly teased a potential wedding date (10/10/2020) and fans didn’t know whether or not to take the comment as gospel. The Bravo TV babe told In Touch exclusively that she was serious about the date for the nuptials back in early fall, as well as where they might seal the deal. Oh, and whether or not the big day will be on camera.

“I was not joking!” she dished exclusively during Guess Who B*tch Game Night at Moxy Chelsea. The brunette beauty also revealed where she and her new fiancé are considering having the fall wedding. “Napa,” Kelly said. “We have a lot of friends who have wineries out there.”

Wouldn’t a winery wedding be just divine? But before the happy couple can actually take the plunge, one big thing needs to be sorted out: Rick’s ability to be on camera for the reality series. Considering the 49-year-old is a Fox News correspondent, his existing media persona might get in the way — but we hope not.

“He has to get it approved through Fox. So if they approve it,” Kelly explained. “They didn’t say no! But if they do say yes, it will be on camera. It’ll be great. I hope Fox says yes. Because we have a really good relationship and we have fun together. I’m in love. He’s in love. It’s a great, great partnership that we have.”

Though the adorable couple has only been together since August, it’s clear the connection is real. Kelly absolutely gushed about her soon-to-be hubby — and the gorgeous pear-cut diamond ring — on Instagram the night of the proposal. “I can’t believe I just got engaged!! @rickleventhal you are my Prince and my dream come true!!!” she captioned the snuggled up pic of the couple celebrating their new chapter. She also added the hashtags “#love,” “#engaged” and “#myprince.”

On her Instagram Stories, she showed off the gorgeous locale for the proposal, which she confirmed to In Touch was the Fox reporter’s home. “Look at that, look how he did it,” the RHOC star panned the camera to show off the lit Empire State Building in front of them as they relaxed on Rick’s rooftop patio. “So romantic, with Dom,” she added, remarking on the champagne. “I love you.”

Congrats, you two — we can’t wait to (hopefully) see it!
