Kanye West’s alleged fixer revealed the amount he is seeking in his lawsuit claiming he was hired to investigate the musician’s wife, Bianca Censori, along with the Kardashians, In Touch can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Ye’s alleged former director of intelligence, who used the pseudonym John Doe to bring his lawsuit, asked for $300,000 in damages.

John’s request for a default against Ye, 47, was rejected earlier this month but the case is ongoing.

As In Touch first reported, John Doe filed the bombshell lawsuit in October 2024 in Los Angeles Superior Court. The suit alleged retaliation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress and various labor code violations.

John said Ye hired him in December 2022 as Deputy Campaign Director but after Ye decided to run for President for the United States, John said his role was changed to Director of Intelligence.

The ex-employee said he was responsible for conducting various investigations, including those involving attorneys and parties that sued Ye or his companies.

The lawsuit alleged that John was tasked by Ye with investigating his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s family.

The suit added, “DOE would spend time fixing certain problems of Ye himself, such as items that were stolen or lost, prompting further investigations. It was common for Ye to lose expensive cars or fail to pay people for services rendered at Ye’s direction.”

John said he was not only asked to investigate the Kardashians but also his current wife Bianca, 30.

“A particularly notable task by Ye was to have DOE hire private investigators to follow and ‘tail’ his wife, Bianca Censori, when she was traveling alone to visit family in Australia, without Ms. Censori’s knowledge,” the suit alleged.

In the suit, Jon said Ye started to let go of Yeezy employees in May 2024.

He said it coincided with Ye’s decision to get titanium teeth and consume nitrous oxide, which John “speculated led to some of the erratic behavior [by] Ye during this time.”

Around the same time, John said he received a call from an employee at Ye’s Donda Academy, a school run by Ye. He said that the employee raised a concern that he then took to Yeezy leadership. He said this led to Ye berating him on the phone.

John said Ye told him, “You’re f–king dead to me.”

A lawyer for John, who said he is a military veteran diagnosed with PTSD, said, “The stress and trauma caused by the threats, hostile work environment, and [John’s] exposure to illegal and unethical activities severely impacted his mental and emotional well-being.” The lawyer added, “[John] experienced panic attacks, anxiety and severe emotional distress, which caused him to seek medical treatment and was placed in a facility to address his declining mental health.”

Ye has yet to respond to the lawsuit.

The musician’s rep, Milo Yiannopoulos, previously told Page Six about the allegations, “Many of the details in his complaint are simply fantastical and false.”

Milo, 40, claimed the allegations were “designed to cause embarrassment, and/or capitalize on perceived problems in Ye’s marriage.”
