For Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry, social media is a place where she feels comfortable enough to express her most vulnerable feelings. The 26-year-old shared a cryptic message on Instagram just before her ex Javi Marroquin dropped the bombshell news that he is expecting a baby with his girlfriend Lauren Comeau, and her words were heartbreaking. Yikes — it's obvious that she wishes she had a solid partner by her side. But, this isn't the first time she's alluded to a sense of disappointment in her life, either. "Been feeling a lot of regret lately," Kailyn recently wrote on Twitter. "[I] made some sh-tty choices over the last few months."

While her words might be somber, it's unclear in both instances who or what she could be talking about. However, the speculation is so, so real. Kailyn — who was rumored to have cheated on Javi while he was serving overseas — never gave him the chance to have a second baby with her like he wanted. Now that he has completely moved on, could Kail be regretting her decision?

It's possible. But, it's also possible that she could be talking about her ex Chris Lopez, whom she shares son, Lux, 1, with. Not only is Chris very far removed from Kailyn and the baby's life, but he was also never there for her during her pregnancy. It's also possible that she could be talking about her rumored ex-girlfriend Dom, who recently subtly shaded Kailyn on Twitter.

During the Teen Mom 2 reunion special, Kailyn admitted she had hooked up with Javi right after his split from fellow Teen Mom 2 cast member Briana DeJesus. Little did fans know, she was actually dating Dom at the same time. Unfortunately, Dom found out about the short-lived rekindled romance on Twitter. Dom wrote at the time, "Wow. LOL she was actually dating me at the time… thanks for the info."

Dom went on to say, "Who knew evil girls had the prettiest [faces]," and followed up with, "Out here defending people for whatttt? LOL, I keep my mouth closed though." While she never confirmed, it's seems pretty clear that these words were directed at Kailyn. Dom even said to "change your behavior," which could have also sparked Kailyn's newfound reflection on social media.

Regardless of who was on Kailyn's mind while she sent out her cryptic tweets and Instagram posts, her romantic life is definitely a bit chaotic at the moment. It's safe to say she might not take future relationships for granted.
