In a perfect world! Kailyn Lowry revealed that Lux would probably be her last child in her book, A Letter of Love, but she still hopes to have more kids one day. In a new interview, the Teen Mom 2 star admitted which ex would have been her ideal baby daddy for No. 4.

“Before I got pregnant with Lux and had multiple miscarriages, my doctor told me I should be thankful that I have two healthy boys and what’s meant to be will be,” the MTV star, 26, told UsWeekly. “I kind of have that perspective now. I would definitely have more, but I also know that my life isn’t really set up for another right now. Ideally, I would have liked Chris [Lopez] to be the father of my next child. But in the meantime, I will focus on my hair line and business ventures and hopefully the other things will fall into place.”

Kailyn’s ex Jo Rivera recently got married and Javi Marrioquin is expecting another baby boy with his girlfriend, so it’s not much of a surprise considering she’s been very open about her feelings for third baby daddy Chris, previously revealing he was her “first true love” and heartbreak. Kailyn and Chris parted ways before she gave birth to their son, Lux, in 2017. Fans watched their relationship drama play out during Season 8 of Teen Mom 2, even though he didn’t appear on the show. However, since then, they’ve managed to rebuild their relationship for the sake of Lux. They reunited to celebrate their son’s first birthday on Aug. 5.

Chris and Kailyn have endured their fair share of hard times and she discussed the tumultuous nature of their romance in her new book. After it’s release, Chris surprisingly took to Twitter with words of praise over her accomplishment. “Grab a copy of A Letter of Love if you haven’t, I tried to act like I didn’t want to read it…but I did lol,” he wrote on Sept. 26. “And even though it’s things about me I may not agree with, overall proud of her! I don’t know many people that have four published books lol.” We’ll see what happens in the future with these two, but either way, we’re glad to see they’re in a much better place now!
