Kailyn Lowry Shares Photo of Baby Daddy Chris Lopez Bonding With Lux and They Are Practically “Twins”
Like father, like son! Kailyn Lowry shared a heartwarming snap of her former flame Chris Lopez bonding with their one-year-old Lux Russell over the weekend. The Teen Mom 2 star captioned the photo “twins,” pointing out the similarities between her third baby daddy and little boy as they spent time outside and fans think it’s the cutest thing ever.
Kailyn and Chris seem to be doing their best to co-parent their bundle of joy, as they recently celebrated his birthday together. The exes went all out for the occasion, treating Lux to balloons, cake, and gifts. Fans have been eager to learn more about Chris, because he doesn’t film with MTV, so we rarely get to hear his side of the story. “The way people view me is terrible,” he wrote on Twitter on Aug. 11, while explaining how the backlash feels from Teen Mom fans. “I really enjoyed when y’all didn’t know who I was. I could tweet in peace.”
At the beginning of July, Kailyn told OK! about her relationship status with Chris, explaining: “We are getting along and doing everything we can to be there for our son.” The reality star also dished about their split during a Q&A via her blog on June 22. “I believe Lux’s dad was my first true love…I know, weird, when I had two kids with two other people. But this is my life. This was my first REAL heartbreak, where I loved someone and was IN love with someone.”
Even though things are seemingly going well between Kailyn and Chris, she did have some drama with her ex-husband Javi Marroquin on Aug. 10. When someone asked why she ever tied the knot with him, Kailyn tweeted: “I was young and ignored red flags apparently. What most would call desperate.” Javi was not happy about what she wrote, firing back: “Stop tweeting about me. Stop seeking validation. Move on, please.” Hopefully they can all get along!
