Taking the necessary steps. Jenni “JWoww” Farley reportedly faced her ex, Roger Mathews, in family court on Wednesday, July 12, amid their ongoing divorce proceedings. The Jersey Shore star was photographed exiting the location in Ocean County, New Jersey, and she was dressed casually for the hearing. The MTV alum filed for divorce from her estranged husband in September 2018, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split after three years of marriage. Calling It Quits

Farley, 33, claimed there was “no prospect of reconciliation” in her divorce paperwork and it looks like she’s sticking to her word. The reality star was seen leaving family court while walking beside an unknown woman, seemingly working on her case.

Reaction Revealed

Shortly after the divorce news broke in September 2018, Mathews, 44, broke down in an emotional video shared on social media, claiming he was “not done fighting” for his marriage. Farley has since moved on romantically.

Tough Times

As fans may recall, there’s been no shortage of drama between the exes in past months. In December, Farley filed for a restraining order against her estranged husband, after an alleged domestic violence incident took place at the home they used to share.

Family Court

A month later, Farley released a lengthy statement where she accused her ex of abuse in a scathing letter. However, Mathews denied her claims afterwards.

Sharing a Statement

“I sit here humbly before you today a pretty heartbroken man in light of recent circumstances and things that were said about me in a long rambling rant that was highly erroneous and had many lies in it,” he said in a video. “We’re going to address this in court, which is the proper place to address this where it should be.”

Farley went public with her new relationship in April 2019, and it seems like things are getting pretty serious as Zack Clayton Carpinello is going to be featured on upcoming episodes of the hit MTV show Jersey Shore.
