Keeping a low profile. Justin Timberlake was spotted out and about following his recent hand holding scandal with costar Alisha Wainwright. The 38-year-old and his A-lister wife, Jessica Biel, have been keeping quiet ever since photos of Justin getting handsy have surfaced.

The singer was seen on set of his latest movie Palmer on Monday, December 2. He was sporting a Columbia puffer jacket paired with navy pants and a matching button-down — the costume for his character in his new film. As the beloved pop star stepped into a black SUV, he appeared to be glum as he was seen texting and chatting on the phone.

Jessica, 37, also stepped out following the scandal in hopes to “save face,” a source told In Touch exclusively. “She’s an extremely private person who hates being gossiped about.” Despite recent events, the actress appeared to be in high spirits while walking in a self-parking garage in Los Angeles on November 25. She was even wearing her wedding ring.

“Just because she’s wearing it doesn’t mean she’s not mad,” the source shared. “She feels totally humiliated by Justin and still hasn’t forgiven him.”

Prior to Jessica’s bold statement, Justin was spotted enjoying a night out at The Absinthe House on Bourbon Street in New Orleans on November 21. Onlookers thought Justin and Alisha, 30, looked a little too close for comfort, especially when his costar appeared to be stroking his knee and holding hands. Eye-witnesses also said the two were laughing and chatting throughout the night.

“Several cast members were there, and it was just a cast gathering,” an insider insisted to Us Weekly claiming their relationship is strictly platonic. “Nothing remotely romantic is going on with Justin and Alisha,” the source added. “The whole cast is shooting out there and like to hang out together. They were very much in public and nothing inappropriate was happening.”

Alisha’s rep also told the outlet “there is no validity” to any of the romance rumors, adding their relationship is professional and they are simply “working on a project together.” Hopefully, with this reassurance, Justin and Jessica can chalk up this scandal to a misunderstanding.
