‘RHONY’ Star Jules Wainstein’s Divorce Shocker: Alleged Mistress’ Husband Also Files For Divorce — See the Court Docs (EXCLUSIVE)
Real Housewives of New York star Jules Wainstein’s divorce just took another shocking turn!
In Touch has obtained documentation from the New York County Clerk’s Office showing that on June 16, one month after Jules’ husband, Michael, filed for divorce, his alleged mistress, Elyse Bensusan’s husband, Tsion, did the same.
As In Touch reported, the RHONY star allegedly caught her husband of eight years, Michael, cheating on her with another woman — rumored to be NYC psychologist Elyse.
At the time, Elyse strongly denied the claims, insisting on June 10 that she and Michael were just good friends.
While Michael filed for divorce on May 16, his attorney, Mark Heller, insisted that Elyse’s marriage was very much intact, and stuck to his story even after Elyse and Michael were photographed holding hands on July 20.

“There is no divorce proceeding pending or contemplated concerning [Elyse],” Heller revealed on July 27.
