Say What? Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson Seemingly Go to Silver Dollar City Unchaperoned
Sparks are flying! Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson were all smiles during their fun-filled trip to Silver Dollar City on June 28, but some fans couldn't help but notice they didn't appear to have any chaperones around that day. The lovebirds were having a total blast on their date, enjoying sightseeing and quality time…so what's going on? Duggar family fanatics know they like to make sure all non-married couples are supervised when out and about, however Josiah and Lauren are engaged, so maybe they let this one pass.
"On second thought, it is a little warm out to be wearing a 3-piece suit!" Josiah captioned the photo of them posing in a faceless picture board. Josiah and Lauren were also beaming while sitting next to a plethora of pizza boxes in another pic, seeming to be on their own. The happy couple got engaged in March, and this technically isn't the first time she bent the rules before exchanging vows with her beau. The 19-year-old rocked a denim mini skirt while playing badminton on June 15 and needless to say, fans were surprised!
There's been a lot of rumors about when the pair will tie the knot, but some believe it will be within the next month. Josiah is absolutely smitten with his fiancée and he recently gushed about how much she means to him in a heartfelt Instagram post. "There are not enough words to express what you mean to me and how much I love you! You are the best gift God has given to me. Happy Birthday, Lauren! ??? I will love and cherish you all the days of your life. ❤️" he wrote on May 18, alongside a photo of them at the beach.
Josiah went the extra mile with his proposal on March 5, by choosing the very place Lauren's parents got engaged. Even though fans can hardly wait for the couple to walk down the aisle, there's a chance he'll wait until all of his sisters have given birth. Jinger Duggar just shared her maternity photos and it's likely she'll welcome her bundle of joy soon. According to their gift registry on Bed Bath & Beyond, Josiah and Lauren are set to wed on New Year's Eve 2018. Jinger's due in July, so the Duggars have so much to look forward to!
