Give Us a Hint! Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson Have Chosen a Name for Their Daughter
We need to know! Josiah Duggar‘s wife Lauren Swanson took to Instagram on Wednesday, September 11, to share several fun facts about herself and revealed they already have a name picked out for their daughter.
“Have you picked a names [sic] yet for your baby girl?” one fan asked, to which either Si, 23, or Lauren, 20, responded on their joint account, “Yes! However, we are keeping it a secret,” along with a “shh” emoji. Come onnn!
The Counting On couple announced they were expecting again in May after suffering a devastating miscarriage. “We are so excited to announce that baby No. 2 is on the the way!!!!” they wrote on social media at the time. “It’s hard to fully express just how grateful we are for God blessing us again with another precious gift! So, as we rejoice of the life of our second sweet baby, we also remember (balloon as symbolism) our other sweet baby, Asa, in heaven. God is so incredibly good!” On the post, they added the hashtags #MiraclesDoHappen, #babynumber2, #rainbowbaby and #DaddyandMamaof2blessings.
Back in February, Lauren opened up about her miscarriage on an episode of the show. “A couple months ago, we found out that we were expecting, but suddenly thereafter, we lost our baby,” she shared. “I couldn’t believe it, and I was hoping it wasn’t true. … It was the worst day of my life, really.” The pair, who got married in June 2018, wanted to tell their story because “nobody really talks about it,” Lauren said. “We just wanted to let y’all know that you’re not alone.”
We’re thrilled for the couple after suffering such a loss and can’t wait to meet their sweet baby girl.
