Yikes! Jordyn Woods Crossed Paths With Kendall Jenner at Coachella and It Was ‘Uncomfortable’
Awkward. Jordyn Woods saw Kendall Jenner at The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival after the Tristan Thompson scandal, and things were a bit tense. An onlooker told Us Weekly that Kendall and her BFF Hailey Baldwin were “sitting at their own cabana table” next to Jordyn and her mom, Elizabeth Woods, at the Bootsy Bellows party on Saturday, April 13.
“Hailey and Kendall saw Jordyn and both gave her a stare,” the eyewitness claimed. “Jordyn was visibly uncomfortable by their reaction. As Jordyn was sitting, her and her mom were in a bit of an argument and she told her mom, ‘I don’t want to discuss this right now.'” According to the insider, Jordyn “didn’t stay long” and told people “she was ‘ready to leave.’” After the model, 21, departed, the KUWTK star, 23, and Hailey, 22, “became a lot more social with everyone.”
One day earlier, the California native was spotted cozying up to a mystery man at the music event. Jordy even supported her childhood friend Jaden Smith during his Coachella set later that same day. “Had to run onstage, of course,” she captioned a video on her Instagram Stories.
It seems like Jordy is living her best life post-scandal. As fans recall, the SECNDNTURE designer was seen canoodling with Khloé Kardashian’s baby daddy, Tristan, in February. “Tristan and Jordyn were into each other,” a source exclusively told In Touch at the time. “They were cuddling, holding hands. Tristan was rubbing her ass, they were definitely hooking up.”
It’s unclear whether Jordyn and Kylie have spoken since the incident, but Jordyn made it clear during her first tell-all interview with Jada Pinkett Smith on her show, Red Table Talk, that she reached out to Kylie prior to the discussion. “I have [spoke to Kylie]. I told her I was coming to the table,” she said in March. “I think at this point it’s gone too far. Enough is enough and when the safety of the people that I love is in jeopardy, I have to speak.”
Meanwhile, on April 7, Kylie, 21, posted a photo of herself with a cryptic caption that might have been about her former bestie. “Grow though, what you grow through,” she wrote. “When you focus on the good, the good gets better.”
Hmm … here’s to hoping a reconciliation is in the works.
