Jinger Duggar Is 18 Weeks Along in Her Pregnancy — See a New Photo of Her Growing Baby Bump!
Keep on counting! Jinger Duggar‘s first pregnancy is bumpin’ right along, and she’s taking every opportunity to share the experience with her fans. On Feb. 17, the Counting On star, who’s due in July, posted a shot of her growing belly alongside a chalkboard that revealed she’s 18 weeks along — and her baby is currently the size of a bell pepper!
Fans have been sharing their theories about Jinger’s pregnancy as soon as she and her husband, Jeremy Vuolo, announced the exciting news in January. So of course, her new photo immediately had them analyzing the size and shape of her bump. One commenter wrote that she thinks Jinger is having a boy because she’s, “more narrow out front,” while another wrote, “her belly looks [closer to] her ribs just like my daughter was. I say GIRL.” A third and fourth agreed writing, “You are carrying high, I’m guessing a girl !!” and, “A little Vuolo girl is definitely on the way!!”
Yet one eagle-eyed fan pointed out the details on the chalkboard asking, “Does the blue chalk you used for the word baby mean your [sic] having a boy?” Needless to say, Jinger and Jeremy haven’t shared whether or not they know their first child’s gender, but they have been open about their excitement to start a family.
When asked about how religion will play a part in raising his future children, Jeremy responded, “I think it begins with establishing that relationship with your wife and I think just walking through the word together. If you’re abiding in Christ and walking with Christ daily, I think it can look like sharing that and opening the lines of communication about your own walk with Christ. Where are you wrestling right now? How is scripture helping you?” he noted. “Just opening that communication and fellowshipping with your spouse and that’s gonna translate to your children.”
“If you’re not spending the time in the work yourself, if you’re not disciplining yourself to walk with Christ in your devotional time,” Jeremy continued, “Then how do you expect to really pour into [your] family?”
