Jill Duggar Hints She’s Done Having Children in Video Rant: ‘This Is Life With Just 2 Kids … Yeah’

Looks like Jill Duggar has her hands full these days! With two toddlers running around the house making mischief, she’s constantly chasing after them and it seems like might just be ready to call it quits on having more kids. On Thursday, October 3, she shared an exhausted video rant with her fans on Instagram, admitting that she was having trouble keeping up with “just two kids.” Though she didn’t explicitly state anything about deciding not to have any more, we’re willing to bet she’s rethinking that whole leaving-it-up-to-God thing, especially after Derick Dillard hinted that they might be using birth control.

“Y’all …” Jill, 28, started her Story as she paused to take a breather, despite the fact that one of her sons was reaching into the frame to share a snack with her. In a serious of photos, she shared what happened after she “put the kids to bed” the night before, revealing that they’d flung hardening chocolate sauce all around the kitchen, lemon oil on the counter, soap on the bathroom floor, water on the carpet, pencil on the walls — the list went on. In a video, she added, “This is me frustrated … [My son] is screaming at me because he wants a game. I just told them to go lay down or go outside until mommy can cool down and handle this situation.”

Using an eraser to try and clean the marks off the walls (and then a vacuum to clean up the eraser dust) it was clear she needed a break. “Just venting over here … lol,” she captioned one clip. “Sam isn’t happy,” she wrote on another. Though things seemed to be looking up by the end of the rant — “Israel is actually being good now,” she admitted before showing him working on a puzzle — the day had obviously taken a lot out of the mom. She had to take a moment to remind herself that life was good, not to mention call for backup.

“Tryin’a count blessings,” she told her fans. “[I’m] looking forward to getting energy out at the pool and then bedtime, lol. #choosejoy #speaklife #keepmarching.” Shouting out family friend Sierra Jo Dominguez and pal Savannah Durham, she thanked them for their support. And she had thanks for the best hubby ever, too, sharing gratitude that Derick had prayed for her and the kids.
