Firearms and Fruit LoopsJill Duggar and Derick Dillard’s Bizarre Wedding Gift Registry—From Wal-Mart!
Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard are being kind to their wedding guests—by selecting items for their gift registry at Wal-Mart!
A report claims the most bizarre request they ask for is a shotgun and rifle. But, there are even more eyebrow-raising items—items you can pick up yourself!
These include a variety of cereals: Kellogg’s Fruit Loops, Raisin Bran Crunch and Hershey’s Cookies and Crème as well as Tupperware containers ($2), a tablecloth ($10) and a set of two pillows ($8).
They have also asked for gift cards to Burger King, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Olive Garden and Subway—all great U.S. food chains, but not where most newlyweds opt to dine.
Let the preparations begin! Jill gets her nails done ahead of her June 21 wedding. “Thank you @sassyarmer for the @jamberrynails!#jamberry #whitetipjn #sassyjamberry check it out! barmer.jamberrynails.net,” she captioned the photo.
While their selection of items for their gift registry might seem weird to some, for the Duggar family, who are devoted fundamentalist Christians, it’s normal.
Jill, 23, and her 25-year-old fiancé will even share their first kiss on their wedding day—June 21.
'19 Kids and Counting' Star Jill Duggar Enters a Courtship With Derick Dillard
The 19 Kids & Counting stars announced in April that they were engaged.
"When my dad first introduced Derick and I, we spent hours texting, calling, and talking on Skype while 8,000 miles away from each other. And when we finally met in person in Nepal, we knew within days that we wanted to spend the rest of our lives together," Jill said in an ABC News interview at the time of the announcement.
Daily Mail was the first to report this story.
