Dad Goals! Jennifer Garner’s Man John Miller Spends Quality Time With His Daughter

So sweet! Jennifer Garner’s boyfriend, John Miller, was spotted spending some quality time with his daughter on October 1. They were seen having dinner together in the Pacific Palisades, one on one. How lovely is that?

John, 41, sported a simple white t-shirt for the outing, and his daughter seemed to be wearing a plaid ensemble. They appeared to be having a great discussion and it looked like a great daddy-daughter get-together. But where was Jen? Turns out, the actress may have been several states away during the outing!

Jen, 47, shared a funny video of herself on September 28, trying to figure out how to use a highway toll booth. “Apologies to cars stacked behind me at the OK/AR tollbooth last night,” she captioned the clip. “Real-world problems are hard. 👵🏻 #thirteenquarters😖#thanksforyourpatience😬.” The video showed the actress trying to pay her toll and featured her throwing coins at a basket and hoping for the best. Stars — they really are just like us!

As for Jen and John’s relationship, it definitely seems to be going well. “She’d said she never thought she’d find love again,” after her split from Ben Affleck, a source close to Jennifer revealed to In Touch back in January 2019. “But now John has proven her wrong … Jen is head-over-heels in love with him.”

“John is the complete opposite of Ben,” an insider told Us Weekly in August. “Jen feels like she’s finally found a true partner.” The source added, “John and Jen are in similar places in their lives and can relate to raising kids after a divorce. They’re on the same page and understand where things stand.” Jen, of course, is a mom of three — Violet, 13, Seraphina, 10, and Samuel, 7. John, meanwhile, has kids of his own from a previous relationship, including the daughter pictured in these lovely photos.
