It's no secret that Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has worked super hard on all of the new additions to her home. She and hubby David Eason have been working on building up the land they bought since the beginning of the summer, and the duo has been proudly showing off their handy work since moving in!
Most recently, at the end of September, the couple celebrated their nuptials in a private ceremony on their property. Thanks to social media, fans got to get an inside look at how amazing the house looks these days. Watch the video below to see pics of the house from the couple's wedding day.
Jenelle has also opened up in the past about how she's decided to decorate the home. “I have also loooved finding antique furnishings for our home and you guys seem to really be liking some of my decorations so I just want to say thank you,” she gushed on her blog. “This is my first time decorating and arranging a home my way, so to see the positive comments has been amazing.” She shared some of her favorite picks for her house — including one found at a pawn shop — and detailed her rustic/antique aesthetic.
While she clearly has a lot of fun finding the décor, she admitted that most of her focus was being spent on the backyard, where she and David will be able to spend time with their kids — his daughter Maryssa, her sons Jace and Kaiser, and their daughter together, Ensley.
“For anyone who is about to start putting one of these [swingsets] together, bless you, because it is a million pieces, takes a lot of work, and cussing will be involved,” she joked. “Jace, Maryssa, and Kaiser will have a blast on this thing while me and Ensley will be chilling in the shade. It is moments like this when I realize what people always meant they said it is the small things in life that matter.” We have been so impressed with all of Jenelle’s decorating so far — we can’t wait to see the finished product!
