Judge Signs Off Order to Have All of Jenelle Evans’ and David Eason’s Kids Taken By CPS After Dog Killing Incident

It’s likely been a traumatic few weeks for Jenelle, 27. Her husband, David, 30, made headlines on April 30, after it was revealed that he killed her French bulldog, Nugget.

The reality star recently lost custody of her 4-year-old, Kaiser, just days after Columbus County Department of Social Services in North Carolina opened a case against her and David, following the jaw-dropping ordeal.

The Next Step

Kaiser was picked up from daycare by his grandma, Doris, on May 10. She was reportedly told to pick him up immediately without informing Jenelle.

Feeling Worried

This was after Kaiser’s father, Nathan Griffith, expressed his concern for Kaiser and Jenelle’s well-being, noting how David’s behavior is “a serious issue.”

The Fallout Continues

Now, a judge has reportedly ordered that all of the former TM2 star’s children should be removed from her custody. “A judge signed off on the request yesterday,” a source close to the situation told Radar. “It included all of the children in the home.”

Back to The Land?

“Jenelle was ordered to turn over the kids, but as of right now, the kids are still in her custody,” the insider told the site.

Firing Back

“CPS wanted to talk to Jenelle and David, but they both refused to talk to them,” the source close to the Teen Mom pair said. “David cussed CPS out.”

Waiting It Out

Jenelle’s older son, Jace, 9, shared with ex, Andrew Lewis, is currently living with her mother, Barbara. CPS reportedly told Barbara to keep Jace away from The Land right now.

Not Giving Up

So, what’s Jenelle’s plan going forward? “During this difficult time, I’m focused on getting Kaiser back and cooperating with my legal team on the next steps to getting my children back,” she told In Touch exclusively.

Just a few days ago, MTV revealed that they were cutting ties with Jenelle and would no longer be covering her story in the upcoming season.

There was no clarification if the network’s choice had anything to do with David’s dog killing incident, however fans were begging MTV to take action.

People were shocked when the news broke about Nugget, and it was later confirmed that David shot the pooch about two acres away from their property.

Clapping Back

On May 1, David released a statement defending his decision to shoot Nugget. “I don’t give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face,” he began.

“Whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I don’t put up with that s–t at all,” he continued. As of now, Jenelle says she has no plans to get a divorce, unless he refuses to go to marriage counseling with her.
