Will they ever get them back? Jenelle Evans and David Eason, previously of Teen Mom fame, were spotted heading back to court to try to regain custody of their kids on Tuesday, June 4, according to photos obtained by Radar Online. A judge previously ordered all of the couple’s children be removed from their care after David, 30, shot and killed their family dog, Nugget, back in late April. Didn’t Do Her Job

Jenelle, 27, seemed to be clutching paperwork as she and her husband made their way to court. A North Carolina judge ruled against the couple getting their kids back on May 28. The judge also told the Teen Mom 2 alum that she did not do her job “as a mother to protect her kids,” according to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup.

The couple’s kids are all currently staying with other people. Jenelle’s son Jace plus the daughter she shares with David — Ensley — are currently with Jenelle’s mom, Barbara Evans. Jenelle’s son Kaiser is reportedly with his father Nathan Griffith, while David’s daughter Maryssa is apparently with her maternal grandmother.

Supervised Only

Jenelle and David are allowed to have supervised visits with each child once a week for an hour, Radar reported. The visits are restricted to the Department of Social Services, and Jenelle “can meet them in the office, she cannot go see them in their homes,” an insider said.

The outlet noted that Jenelle seems set on getting her kids back. “She signed up for parenting classes and marriage counseling,” a source told Radar. They added, “They’re looking to get David a psych evaluation for court.” Whether that will all be enough for the married couple to regain custody of their children remains to be seen.
