Still in shock. Jeffree Star‘s boyfriend Andre Marhold‘s ex-girlfriend Leezy says it was “humiliating” for her to learn of their relationship online, she tells In Touch exclusively.
“Being exposed like that on [the] internet is not like, it’s just … I feel it’s humiliating for me,” the model, 34, reveals. “Mostly for my family because yeah, they like privacy … it’s not fair.”
Leezy adds that she and Andre were “living together” before he left for Los Angeles. “We were just focused on Amari,” she notes of their son. “That was our priority. I mean the relationship was up and down, you know, like every relationship, but you just never expect to be in this situation, being exposed like that … everything changed overnight.”
On August 23, the makeup guru, 34, and a mystery man on Instagram with distinctive tattoos. “Thankful for all the blessings God has brought into my life this year,” he captioned the post. Naturally, it didn’t take long for fans to figure out who the ink belonged to.
“I trusted him because he said he was going there for work,” Leezy told Life and Style of his trip to L.A. She claimed the basketball player would be back in 10 days after going there for business reasons. “Then, you know, I tried to communicate with him, but it was just like hard to. So, from this day until now, we’ve had, like, no communication.”
In January, Jeffree confirmed he and longtime boyfriend Nathan Schwandt split following their five-year relationship. “Me and Nathan will be friends forever, I will ,” the “Turn Off the Lights” performer said in a candid video at the time. “Are we in love with each other? No. But we love each other and he will always be in my life.”
Now that their romance is public, Jeffree has been posting photos with Andre all over social media. “6’7 and confident,” he wrote on a pic sitting on the b-baller’s lap on August 27. Clearly, the YouTuber is unbothered by the drama.
