Javi Marroquin and Lauren Comeau Show off Their New Home in Delaware — See the Pics!
It looks like they’re settling into their new life quite nicely! Lauren Comeau recently moved to Delaware to live with her soon-to-be-baby-daddy Javi Marroquin, and on Aug. 17 the Teen Mom 2 star showed off their beautiful new home together!

Javi took to Instagram Stories to show off his stairs, foyer, and “favorite room in the house”… the living room! We’ve gotta admit, the place is gorgeous. Especially that marble fireplace and cool second-floor balcony!

Lauren gave her own update earlier on Aug. 13. They didn’t waste any time making a few improvements in their new place. Lauren shared a photo of her beautiful kitchen on Instagram Stories with the caption, “Best boyfriend ever! Came home to gorgeous freshly-painted white cabinets. Javi my handy man!” along with a heart-eyes emoji and praise hands emoji.

The kitchen also feautes rustic tiles, bronze hardware on the cabinets, and striking granite countertops. It looks like Javi is doing everything he can to make sure Lauren likes her new home, and is happy with it by the time their baby arrives!

Later, Lauren showed off their den in a snap of their matching L.L. Bean slippers. The room has tan walls and carpets, two big windows, some nice brown leather recliners, and two TVs on a white entertainemnt center. In the photo, Javi is sweetly caressing his new lady’s leg. They’re too sweet!

Javi recently confirmed Lauren’s move, saying, “She’s officially moved into my house. We got a new place and we’ll be moving there in two weeks.” He also admitted that his son Lincoln is just as excited to be able to spend more time with her. “[He’s] happy to have her here permenantly!” he told Radar. We can’t wait to see more of their home, especially the nursery when their little bundle of joy finally arrives!
