Minka is best known for her role in Friday Night Lights – and for dating Yankees star Derek Jeter for three years until they split last August. She's graced the pages of countless men's magazines – but a NSFW peek at the beautiful brunette would be a total "blockbuster," says Vivid founder Steven Hirsch.

Hirsch, who has released infamous celebrity sex tapes of Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian and Kendra Wilkinson, tells In Touch that a video starring Minka could be "our best-selling of all time,” Hirsch says. “It could be worth up to $10 million in its first year.”

Minka's reps did not respond to a request for comment.
