Is Maci Bookout pregnant with baby No. 4? Fans seem to think so! The 26-year-old Teen Mom OG star shared an absolutely adorable video of her Mother's Day on May 14, and while most fans gushed over how cute it was that her family took her jeeping for the holiday, a select few noticed something else… a potential baby bump! Watch the video above to see the clip that has everyone talking.

"When Taylor asked me what I wanted to do for Mother's Day, I told him I wanted to be wild and free!" she captioned the cute video. "Took the top off the Jeep, strapped the babies in and went to the mountains ? Hoping that one day my children will appreciate being healthy, wild and free! Thank you Taylor for encouraging me to do what keeps my soul happy."

While some think they've spotted the first signs of a growing tummy, others think it was just a weird angle that's to blame. "It's the way she is standing," said one unconvinced commenter. Maci certainly hasn't confirmed a pregnancy, but this isn't the first time fans have theorized she's expecting recently. Just two weeks earlier, fans thought they saw another telltale sign.

She posted a cute photo hanging out at her son Bentley's baseball game — whom she shares with ex Ryan Edwards — with her two other children Jayde, 2, and Maverick, 1, on her lap. According to Maci's caption, the crew enjoyed cotton candy and Cheetos while they watched Bentley do "his thang." But, it wasn't the junk food that started the pregnancy speculation — it was Maci's fuller face. "Maci, your face only looks full when you're PREGNANT! Are you???" a fan wrote in the comments section on Instagram. Another said, "I'm getting [pregnant] vibes." However, one user called out another as the speculation could be considered fat-shaming if Maci isn't actually expecting.

"You have way too much time on your hands. LOL and you obviously don't care about anyone's feelings," the fan explained. "It's people like you who make women feel bad about themselves. Maybe she has gained [half of a] pound and now people are pretty much telling her she looks fat. Think before you speak."

Although Maci has yet to address the rumors, it wouldn't be a total shock if baby No. 4 was on the way. She and her husband, Taylor McKinney, have openly talked about wanting to expand their family on recent episodes of the show. While out to dinner, Maci told Taylor, "If you seriously want to have another baby, then I'll do it. But I still want to adopt too. If that's really what you want naturally, I want to do it now." She continued, "But you're forgetting something."

Maci revealed that she had previously suffered a miscarriage. "Her name is Dande. Dandelion," she told the Teen Mom OG producers. While the couple did try to keep this obstacle private, Maci ultimately decided to open up to her fellow castmate, Catelynn Lowell, about the whole thing.

"I didn't tell Taylor for probably two months. I think I was just afraid. Like, I didn't want… Almost like, 'What he doesn't know won't hurt him.' But then it just got to a point where I realized I couldn't, like, deal with it by myself. I needed him there," Maci told Catelynn while visiting her in rehab.

"And I know he would want to be there for me if it hurt him or not, so I think it's another one of those things," Maci added. "It doesn't make the pain easier, but it just makes the experience easier to talk about it. It doesn't help anybody to pretend like it didn't happen or that that baby didn't exist in some form."

After dealing with the heartbreak of a miscarriage, Maci and Taylor considered adopting an older child. The couple contacted and met with an adoption counselor on the show who told them that bringing a child into their home — who was at least four years old — could prove difficult.

"An older child especially, is going to come to you damaged. There may be some irreparable harm there already, things that might take years for this child to overcome," the adoption counselor explained. "If you can’t handle that, or your children can't handle that stress then don't do it. You want a child that is going to mix with your family in the best way."

But, this information just made the couple want to go through with the adoption process even more. Taylor — who was totally on board — said this proves there are so many kids out there who need a good home.
