Surprise, Surprise — Fans Think Jill Duggar Is Pregnant With Baby No. 3
Party of five?! The rumor mill was sent into overdrive on Tuesday when Jill Duggar shared a series of photos on Instagram, and fans thought they spotted a baby bump. The mother-of-two — who has sons Israel, 3, and Samuel, 10 months, with her husband, Derick Dillard — is probably carrying around a few extra pounds because oh, I don’t know, she gave birth recently?! Unfortunately for the former Counting On star, this isn’t the first time fans thought she was expecting. Earlier this year, a photo shared on Facebook had many thinking she was pregnant with her third child. “Is it just me or does Jill look pregnant again? asked one commenter. “She is probably preggo again. That is all she can do,” a second wrote.
Not to mention, Derick recently shared a photo with prenatal vitamins in the background — a telltale sign that the 26-year-old is preggo. One eagle-eyed fan asked, “Is Jill pregnant again or is she taking the prenatal vitamins because she’s nursing?” In response, another pointed out, “I take prenatals while nursing. Also if you read the bottle it says to take before, during, and after pregnancy.”
Indeed, the website for the brand of prenatal vitamins sitting on Jill’s dresser confirms that they are “specifically formulated to meet the unique needs of women during pre-conception, pregnancy, and lactation, providing the nourishment to support both mom and her developing baby.” If Jill is still breastfeeding Samuel — whom she and Derick lovingly call “SamSam” — she may be taking the supplements.
Yet more babies could complicate their already poor parenting practices, according to some. On Thanksgiving, the duo was scrutinized for leaving their youngest on the floor while they ate. “Jill enjoys procreating, but once the baby is born, she’s not interested in the least in the actual parenting,” someone commented on the photo posted to Facebook. Another parenting pro added, “How about a carrier or swing — something besides the dirty floor? I would have never done that to either of my children.”
Bizarrely enough, the couple was slammed on a separate occasion for leaving their son on the floor. Last month, the reality TV mama received Internet backlash once again for putting Samuel on a “dirty” carpet to play. Sigh, you can’t please everyone!
