In the latest season of I Am Jazz, there has been a lot of talk about transgender teen Jazz Jennings' desire to undergo gender reassignment surgery. Though most of her conversations have focused on the bottom half of her body, fans are curious to know whether the 17-year-old has already gotten breast implants.

The reality star revealed in a clip from June 2017 that she doesn't want top surgery anymore. "I’m pretty happy with my body," Jazz said at the time. Given that she's been taking estrogen, the YouTube personality has developed a set of natural breasts. Her mother Jeanette said last year, “To hear that Jazz is developing just like her peers, it just makes me so happy. I’m so happy for her, and it kind of confirms — it really confirms — that [her dad] Greg and I have been making the right decisions with respect to her medical care. We are on the right path.”

As for bottom surgery, Jazz received some bad news from her doctor, who told the spokesmodel that she'd have to lose 30 pounds in order to become a candidate for the complicated procedure. "I am absolutely horrified,” she said on the show. “I knew that my weight was a problem, but I didn’t realize that it could affect something that I’ve been waiting for my entire life.”

In a sneak peek for the Jan. 23 episode, Jazz talks candidly with her grandma (yes, really!) about the need to explore her sexuality before going through gender reassignment. When the LGBTQ advocate opens up about meeting potential partners, her grandmother asks, “Is this a soul mate or a sexual mate?” Jazz responds, “Grandma, do I look like a sexual being?”

Jazz admits her surgeon told her that she “needs to start figuring things out in terms of trying to have an orgasm,” but she (understandably) is a little uncomfortable with the topic. "This isn’t really my intention, but it could be a benefit of being in a relationship,” she reasoned. “If I experiment sexually, then maybe I’ll figure out what I like, and then I could have orgasms my entire life.”
