For most of us, it would take a lot of money to totally live life in the public, opening even life’s most intimate moments to everyone. And it turns out even the Kardashians have a price… With the 10-year anniversary special of Keeping Up With the Kardashians airing tonight, many are wondering just how much the Kardashians get paid to live their lives in front of the camera. And — knowing Kris Jenner — it shouldn’t be a surprise that these girls are making bank!

So, just how much do these ladies make? Exact numbers of the girls’ salaries aren’t known, but in 2014, it was reported by TV Guide that the show made a cool $10 million per episode — which, we can all agree — is not to shabby!

While it’s unclear how the finances are broken down, it was later reported that the leads of the show — which, at the time, consisted of Kim, Kris, Caitlyn, Kourtney, Khloé, Kendall, Kylie, and Scott — were paid about $500,000 per episode. Considering they’ve filmed nearly 200 episodes, it’s safe to say that the show remains the main source of income for most of the show’s stars.

The show’s ultra success has also brought about many spin-offs; for those of you who __ keeping up — pun absolutely intended — the success of KUWTK has brought about Kourtney and Kim Take Miami, Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Kourtney and Khloé Take The Hamptons, Khloé and Lamar, I Am Cait, Dash Dolls, Rob & Chyna, and Life of Kylie. And to answer what you’re probably thinking — yes, Kris Jenner and Ryan Seacrest have made money off all of these endeavors.

In case you’re curious how we got here — it’s all thanks to Kris, Ryan, and a reality TV casting director named Deena Katz. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Kris explained how Deena came over for dinner and saw the potential in the family. Kris immediately told Ryan about her vision, and he sent over a camera. Almost immediately there after, the camera man called Ryan o say that they had something “special” on their hands.

And the rest — as they say — is history! Cheers to 10 more years! We’ll be watching… Bible.
