Actress Heather Locklear has reportedly been taken to the hospital for a psych evaluation after a family member claimed she was threatening to shoot herself.

According to TMZ, law enforcement from both the Ventura County Fire and Sheriff’s Departments responded to a 911 call Sunday afternoon. Dispatch video obtained by the site revealed that Heather was erratic and looking for a gun.

Back in February, the Spin City star was arrested and charged with felony domestic violence and battery. At the time, TMZ reported that the incident took place when cops responded to a domestic violence call at her Thousand Oaks home. During the arrest, Heather allegedly got violent and attacked a police officer.

The 56-year-old has a history of substance abuse and was arrested for DUI in 2008. Eventually, the DUI charge was dropped, but two years later, she was arrested again for a hit-and-run accident. Last year, the actress opened up about her past struggles and claimed to be on a better path. “I am feeling great and am taking steps to enrich and better my life,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “Currently, I am working on tying up some loose ends regarding certain issues, so I can hit 2017 full steam ahead.”

Heather’s most recent photo on Instagram is a pic of a care package from her daughter, Ava Sambora, 20. “My sweet child. ‘I’m wide awake,'” she captioned the snap of calming oils and a candle that read, “You are doing great.”
