It’s time to go back to Halloweentown! Kimberly J. Brown (who played Marnie) just announced that the cast of the Disney Channel Original Movies is reuniting in Oregon to honor their late co-star, Debbie Reynolds (who played Grandma Aggie). Every year, the Spirit of Halloweentown festivities are held in the real-life Halloweentown. So, what better time, to travel to host a special tribute for Debbie?

“You guys have been sending me messages about the Spirit of Halloweentown festival, which, for those of you who don’t know, is a festival in St. Helen’s, OR, where we shot the first Halloweentown movie,” Kimberly explained to fans. Watch the video below to learn more about the exciting reunion!

Debbie tragically passed away last year at 84 years old after suffering from a severe stroke only a day after her daughter, Carrie Fisher passed away the day before. Her loss clearly hit the cast of the movies hard since they spent years working with her, creating a lifelong bond.

“‘Being normal is vastly overrated’ is a quote from Halloweentown, and how fitting it is that her character spoke it,” Kimberly shared on Facebook following Debbie’s death. “Her generosity, talent, and loving spirit made her anything but normal. Thanks for the magic, Debbie. Rest in peace.”
