She’s over it. Following Hailey Baldwin’s rumored social media feud with Selena Gomez, the 23-year-old is speaking out against “toxic” online culture.

“I think social media is a breeding ground for toxicity and people creating false drama between women and trying to put women up against each other and create these narratives that are just … toxic,” she told British Vogue in an interview published on Wednesday, December 4. “I think that has to change and that has to stop.”

The beauty added, “I think there needs to be more people with platforms coming together and saying to each other, ‘let’s kill the conversation, let’s kill the fake drama, let’s squash all these things, let’s move on from stuff. Let’s not give people a reason to fuel fire and create drama and being rude to each other.’”

Hailey’s words of wisdom comes after fans speculated the star was salty at Selena, 27, when she dropped her song “Lose You to Love Me,” which many think is about her ex and Hailey’s husband, Justin Bieber.  Following Selena’s release, Hailey posted a screenshot of Summer Walker and Jhené Aiko’s song “I’ll Kill You” to her Instagram Story — many took her post as a side-eye to the songstress.

The newlywed quickly shot down the idea that any shade was thrown Selena’s way. “Please stop with this nonsense. There is no ‘response.’ This is just complete BS,” she commented in a now-deleted screenshot on Instagram, which was captured by Just Jared.

Despite the speculation, the former Disney star claims her shade was not intentional, as she was merely expressing herself. “Selena didn’t mean for the song to be shady, but songwriting to her is part of her therapy. So, she had to put it down on paper and release it,” an insider told In Touch exclusively back in October. “That’s part of her process, and it works for her.”

Although Selena’s actions were well-intended, the source reiterated the Biebers are over this negative narrative. “Meanwhile, Justin and Hailey hope this is the last song she has about her ex. They just want Selena to leave them alone.” With Hailey’s stance on social media culture, maybe we will see a reconciliation sooner than later.
