“Mom, stop embarrassing me!” is probably what Gwyneth’s Paltrow’s daughter, Apple, is telling her right now. On Sunday, March 24, the blonde beauty posted a cute snap of herself with her daughter while they rode a ski lift in a snowy location, but her 14-year-old was less than thrilled with the picture.

The 46-year-old used an apple, a person skiing, and a heart emoji to caption the photo. Apple immediately called out the Goop founder in the comments section, writing, “Mom, we discussed this. You may not post anything without my consent.” Of course, Gwyn defended herself, writing, “@applemartin You can’t even see your face!”

Immediately, fans commented on the exchange between the duo and a lot of Gwyn’s followers hilariously admitted that they’ve been in the same situation. One person wrote, “LMAO I have one at home just like her,” while another echoed, “Sorry, Apple. Moms got dibs on posts. She had you first.” A third person chimed in, writing, “My daughter was exactly like this as a teenager! Sadly, as a 31-year-old, she is still this way.”

This isn’t the first time that Gwyneth’s kiddos have called her out, either. In January, she admitted that her 12-year-old son, Moses, and daughter want nothing to do with her. “I am mortifying,” she said on the Rachael Ray show. “Like, I am the most embarrassing person all of a sudden. It’s been, like, a couple good years that I’ve been the most embarrassing person. If I do anything silly in public, the color drains from [Apple’s] face. Any silly jokes, or if I dance, like, in a store, God forbid. She’s like, ‘Mom!’ and I’m like, ‘OK, sorry, got it.’”

The California native shares her two kids with her ex-husband, Chris Martin. The duo has remained close since they divorced in 2016, and now, Gwyn is married to Glee producer Brad Falchuk.

Hopefully, Gwyn and her daughter will be on the same page next time!
