Kailyn Lowry Slams Farrah Abraham for Making Her 9-Year-Old Sophia Record Her Getting Butt Injections
Former Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham is no stranger to plastic surgery, and unfortunately neither is her daughter Sophia. Fans think Farrah reached a new low on April 13, when she forced her 9-year-old to not only accompany her to the doctor’s office while getting butt injections, but to record the whole #ad experience. Watch the bizarre video that’s getting Farrah tons of backlash, above.
Fans, naturally, couldn’t believe their eyes. “You’re a wacko, why is your daughter filming it?” asked one outraged Instagram commenter. Many of them were worried that Farrah would give her daughter a negative body imagine and influence her to get work done, too. “Soon it’ll be Sophia herself. What kind of a mom are you? If I would be in the US I would have called children services already on you,” said one. Another agreed, writing, “Erm, I class this as mental abuse. Physical abuse is easy to spot. This poor child is being mentally abused and had nobody around to help or save her. Unfortunately, the damage is happening right before your eyes.” “Kids should be playing with their toys not watching their mum get stuff like this done, so wrong! Nothing healthy about this,” said another.
Fellow teen mom Kailyn Lowry was equally freaked out, and honestly a little pissed that people shame her for doing much less. “Yet I’m mom-shamed for being on vacation when my kids are with their dads,” she wrote in the now-deleted tweet. “What kind of s–t.”
Interestingly, there were people still supporting Farrah. “Mom’s little helper!! Cute. Lol,” said one loyal fan. For her part, Farrah doesn’t think she did anything wrong. “This is non-invasive just like blood work or getting shots,” she explained. “@FlawlessLasVegas did an amazing job and our children our curious so more power to Sophia learning about aesthetics & health.” Then, to add to the cringe, Sophia responded through her account saying, “This was weird. I would do squats my momma.”
This comes just days after Farrah let her daughter go live on Instagram without any supervision, and fans worried about creeps getting to her. Unfortunately, Sophia’s childhood will never be like a regular kid’s. She’s been on TV since she was born, her dad passed away, her mom does porn, and the relationship with her grandmother is strained. We hope that Farrah having more time off with her daughter after getting fired will let her focus on parenting and doing what’s best for Sophia from now on.
