Looks like nothing could stop Farrah Abraham from returning reality TV — even her costars' best efforts to keep her away!
The 23-year-old mom/author/adult film actress is returning to Teen Mom despite initial claims that she wasn’t joining the MTV reboot, reportedly titled ‘Teen Mom OG’ (for “original girls”), because her costars felt she was setting a “bad example.”
“There’s going to be lots of excitement from the ‘Teen Mom’ fans and MTV’s fan base as well, so I’m excited to be back,” Sophia’s mom excitedly shares.
She says she understands the hesitation from not only the other girls — Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell and Amber Portwood — but also the production team, though she’s grateful to be back.

“I think they were more or less saying that there was more to my story that they really felt was missing from the ‘Teen Mom’ show, and I totally agree with them,” she says. “I understand their point of view, and it was a funny situation to be in.”
Of course, the ladies of ‘Teen Mom’ love drama — and the show’s creator, Lauren Dolgen, admits Farrah’s return caused some tension, which will play out on screen.
She also reiterates Farrah’s observation that her narrative was “missing.”
“It was obvious to me that we needed the fourth story,” Dolgen says. “There is such a balance of having four stories. There is more of [Farrah’s] story to tell.”
Even though it was her “behavior” that caused the show to go on without Farrah in the first place, the ‘Backdoor Teen Mom’ star — whose X-rated empire has expanded to include erotic novels, custom sex toys and more — says she doesn’t plan on changing.
“I’m not doing anything differently that I would not do when the cameras are there or not there,” she admits.
‘Us Weekly’ was the first to break news of Farrah’s return.
