The future of Teresa Giudice was uncertain up until earlier this month when the judge sentenced her to 15 months behind bars. This, of course, was long after the cast members of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, or anyone for that matter, knew Teresa would be leaving her family and friends.
On Sunday night’s finale of RHONJ, castmate Teresa Aprea makes some “nasty” comments—and motions—about Teresa Giudice. Now, Aprea has decided she would like to apologize to Teresa.
In Touch Weekly exclusively obtained her apology. Read Teresa Aprea’s letter below:
I feel it is necessary to address the nasty comment which I directed towards Teresa G. First and foremost, I know how important an apology is when someone says something mean and insensitive towards another human being. I want to say I am sorry to Teresa G and her family for my harsh comment. Just for the record, I am far from perfect. I live and learn and I am evolving every day. I would never intentionally want to hurt another person, I was coming from a place of anger and it was unacceptable. I know that just as the tongue can spread love it can destroy. Being on reality TV unfortunately the good, the bad and the ugly is all caught on camera. I also regret using the word “karma” because my real frame of reference is God the creator. I respect all beliefs but my rock and my foundation is God, who even though we are human we should all strive to lift one another up instead of knocking them down.
After talking to Aprea, In Touch has learned Teresa Giudice has yet to apologize to her for allegedly being involved in a rumor Victoria Gotti started about Aprea’s husband, Rino, having an affair.
"Unfortunately, the public does not get to see the total picture all the time and how everything plays out. Teresa G and I are on good terms," Teresa tells In Touch. "Rino and I have spoken to Joe and Teresa and they know they have our support with anything they may need during these difficult times."
Find out what happens when Aprea confronts Giudice during Dina Manzo’s charity event for Project Ladybug on tonight’s episode of RHONJ starting at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
