Court by day, book signings by night. Giudice family lawyer Miles Feinstein has revealed Teresa and Joe Giudice will plead not guilty at their Aug. 14 arraignment. And Teresa seems so confident in this plea that she’s even confirmed her first public appearance for that same night — a book signing at co-star Kim DePaola's boutique Posche in promotion of her Fabulicious!: On the Grill cookbook.
Now, Kim tells In Touch why she’s happy to host her friend and show support in the wake of a 39-count indictment for federal fraud charges brought upon the Giudices. "Teresa booked Posche a month ago for her book signing but she would never have backed out; she and I have a very good work ethic,” Kim tells In Touch of her pal’s commitment.
On Saturday, Teresa promoted her upcoming two-hour long appearance via Twitter, letting fans know books would be available at the signing. “I support Teresa in anything she does," Kim tells In Touch.
She says Teresa “easily could have canceled” because of the recent scandal but she stands by her friend’s decision to continue working. “She wouldn't have backed out of this no matter what. She’s a hard worker and wouldn’t disappoint her fans," Kim explains to In Touch.
"Posche is a place Teresa is comfortable in,” Kim says, adding, “she feels safe because it’s at my store.”
