A milestone moment! Drake shared a rare, precious photo of his son, Adonis, with his followers on Instagram. “First day of school … the world is yours, kid,” the God’s Plan artist, 33, captioned his post on Wednesday, September 9.

Of course, Drake’s friends and fellow heavy hitters in the music industry couldn’t help but gush over little Adonis, whom the rapper welcomed with ex Sophie Brussaux in October 2017.

“Family first,” Sean “Diddy” Combs commented. “Already got a chauffeur,” added 21 Savage, referring to the huge SUV in the background with tinted windows. Like father, like son, right?

Unsurprisingly, Adonis was dressed in head to toe designer. The toddler wore black sweatpants and a hoodie by one of his dad’s favorite companies Chrome Hearts, as well as Nike sneakers. “Look at that first-day drip! Winning best dressed, for sure,” one fan joked. “He’s growing up so fast! Stylish little guy,” another chimed in.

In the past, Drake chose not to share pictures of Adonis on social media. However, on March 30, the former Degrassi actor posted his first-ever photos of his son on Instagram, along with a powerful message regarding the coronavirus pandemic.

“What is most important for you right now is to connect to your own inner light. This will create the biggest opening of all. Trust that you have all of the power within to make this happen, and in order to do that connect to the people and things that bring you a lot of joy,” Drake began his lengthy caption.

“When the mind starts to move into overthinking or fear, shift your attention right away to something bright. It doesn’t matter what has happened in the past or what is happening around us now, you can always make the choice to break free of the wheel of suffering and panic and open up to your own light,” the Canada native continued. “We are powerful manifestors, so once you make the choice in the moment to shift your awareness to something good, it will show you in your reality.”

The Grammy winner concluded his post by reminding his fans to “be conscious” during this time, before signing off with, “I love and miss my beautiful family and friends and I can’t wait for the joyful day when we are all able to reunite. Until then, please keep your lights on.”
