We Are Cringing From Watching “Dr. Pimple Popper” Remove a Nasty Blackhead
Guys, as clearly stated in the headline: This Dr. Pimple Popper blackhead extraction is NOT for the faint of heart. If you find yourself getting nauseous at the sight of needless, blood, and, erm, dead oxidized keratin — you should jump ship right now — you've been warned. If you're a trooper (like us) then you're in for a special treat by way of the nastiest blackhead removal we've seen yet. What makes this blackhead so special, you ask? Well, this particular video actually features a dilated pore of winer. Which, in layman's terms, is basically a blackhead on steroids. They're the Godzilla of blackheads, if you will.

Dr. Sandra Lee (Pimple Popper) explains, "A Dilated pore of Winer is essentially a large, solitary open comedone/blackhead. Dead skin cells get trapped and help widen this pore, and plugs up the opening. The expression of this plug squeezes out the macerated, white, soggy keratin/skin cells from the deeper portion of the pore. Once the content of the dilated pore is expressed, this whole process of the dilated pore filling once again with keratin is common. They are completely benign and are usually expressed for cosmetic reasons. A comedone extractor can be used to do this"
She continues, "Squeezes out the macerated, white, soggy keratin/skin cells from the deeper portion of the pore", yikes, that was a vomit-inducing sentence if we've ever read one. Still, we will continue to encourage watching videos like this. To all those self-proclaimed "popaholics" out there, here's looking at you.
