Jana Duggar May Not Have Her Own Bedroom at 29 Years Old, but at Least She’s Got a Nook

We always get a little sad when we think about poor Jana Duggar sharing a bedroom with her four youngest sisters. Back when the older girls like Jill and Jessa Duggar still lived at home, it didn’t seem that weird to have nine girls in one large room. But now that a 29-year-old and an 9-year-old are bunking together, we can’t help but worry about the oldest Duggar daughter. Luckily, now that she’s finally joined Instagram, she’s giving us glimpses into what her daily life is actually life. How cute is that? The Counting On star has clearly made the small space her own, and her eye for design shines even with not a lot of room to work with. We love how the potted plants have been able to brighten up the area, and the dried flowers on the wall are a nice touch, too. But more than that, they’re a sentimental item. When a fan in the comments asked who had given them to her, she clarified that they were a gift from her little brother Jason. Aww!

The reality star also answered questions from other fans in the comments, explaining where she’d gotten some of the decor — like the gorgeous, antique desk. “My sweet Grandma gave it to me,” Jana revealed. “It’s over 100 years old.” On the desk, she showed off some of her artwork, including an adorable watercolor frog. “My little nephew Marcus loves frogs and asked me to paint it,” she shared.

Fans loved the space, too, commenting, “Is there really anything that you can’t do? So many surprises and talents😊,” and, “Such a cute and cozy spot!” Now, we just can’t wait until she has a whole house of her own to fill with antique furniture, different design elements, and her very own artwork.
