Nicole revealed that Azan could reapply for the K-1 visa, but that he might get denied again. Instead, they plan to apply for a spousal visa after they’re married.

Another fan asked Nicole, “Why don’t you just move to Morocco? Why does Azan have to move to America?”

“So our plan right now is actually for me and May to move to Morocco, marry and stay there for a little while before attempting to come to America,” Nicole revealed.

Apparently, May’s biological father does not have any sort of custody of her, and he and Nicole only communicate when it comes to their daughter. That means Azan is pretty much it as far as May’s father figures go.
