Diplo Fires Back After Joe Jonas Says He ‘Ruined’ His Wedding to Sophie Turner By Taking Pics

It’s all in good fun! The whole world knew that Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner tied the knot in a surprise Las Vegas wedding due to Diplo’s Instagram Stories, but the DJ isn’t about to take the blame for leaking the news.

When the 29-year-old appeared with his brothers on the U.K.’s Capital Breakfast With Roman Kemp radio show on Wednesday, May 29, he was asked about Diplo’s livestream. “Yeah, he did ruin it,” Joe jokingly admitted. “I love Diplo, but he loves his ‘Gram more than a 13-year-old. He posts every five seconds. He literally, like, live-streamed with dog-face filters.”

Don’t worry, though — it doesn’t seem like there is any bad blood between the pair. “We just laughed. We loved it,” the DNCE frontman said of his nuptials that occurred after the Billboard Music Awards on May 1. “We thought it was ridiculous, and I just love that he was walking into the chapel, and he was like, ‘Going to hit this wedding real quick.’”

Naturally, the 40-year-old responded via Instagram. “The only thing that ‘ruined’ the wedding was your fit,” Diplo captioned a photo of Joe from the radio show on Thursday, May 30. In response, Joe left an eye-roll emoji in the comments section. LOL!

Joe and the Game of Thrones actress are planning to walk down the aisle again, too! “Joe and Sophie want to have a huge party,” a source told Us Weekly, adding that the celebration is expected to be over-the-top. “The décor is going to be sophisticated, but there’ll be some kitschy elements, including a really wild cake. There’ll be a live band, and the Jonas Brothers are expected to take the stage.”

So, will the two be going on a honeymoon afterward? “You know, we have got plans that [we] will be hush hush about, but we will make time for that,” the New Jersey native said. The interviewer thought it was hilarious that Joe didn’t want to divulge any more details. “The address is … You guys can send flowers if you want, come along, it’s going to be fun,” he joked.
