We never imagined Little People, Big World would get as dramatic as, say, Jon and Kate Plus 8; but just like Jon and Kate Gosselin, Matt and Amy Roloff divorced midway through their reality show. The 2015 split shocked fans, and almost instantaneously, rumors of infidelity abounded. So did Matt cheat on Amy?

The closest we might come to an answer is an excerpt from the couple's 2007 book, Little People, Big Values. In one particular passage, Matt revealed he and his then-wife had diverging views of commitment: "While Amy puts commitment at or near the top of her list, I would put it further down," Matt wrote. "Amy tends to be more of a committed-to-a-fault kind of person, while I see most commitments — with some very notable exceptions — as flexible and negotiable."

The question is, of course, whether his 28-year marriage was one of those "flexible and negotiable" commitments or one of the "exceptions." Multiple online outlets have wondered whether Matt cheated on Amy with Caryn Chandler, his current girlfriend, considering Caryn worked as the Roloff Farms manager before she and Matt started dating. (Amy wasn't a fan of the budding relationship, telling TLC cameras, "Caryn has been Matt's personal assistant. Now that they're dating, of course that's hurtful.")

We may never know what really precipitated the reality couple's breakup, and the statement they released at the time certainly skirted the topic. "After 27 years of marriage, it is with great sadness that we have come to the difficult decision to file for divorce," they wrote. "We are proud of what we have accomplished together, including raising our four wonderful children, who have grown to become remarkable adults, and building our strong and ongoing successful businesses. Our kids and our ever-growing family, and the love and support we have for them, will be our priority. We will continue to work together side-by-side in the daily responsibilities for our many current ventures."

At least now both exes have since moved on. Matt and Caryn are going strong, it seems, and Amy has found a boyfriend in real estate agent Chris Marek. With any luck, these new romances are purging any painful memories from Matt and Amy's divorce.
