Down the aisle? Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker participated in a Las Vegas wedding ceremony on Monday, April 4, nearly 6 months after getting engaged in California — but they are not legally married, In Touch can confirm.

Kourtney, 42, and Travis, 46, had a ceremony at the One Love Wedding Chapel, owner Marty Frierson confirms. “They came in Sunday at 1:45am. We had Elvis Presley. That was the deal sealer,” Marty tells In Touch. “It was an official ceremony.”

Marty, who runs the 24-hour chapel, adds, “They just had their team — security and three people that had iPhones. Four people total with them. They were filming everything — from the time coming out of the limousine.”

“It was very romantic. A lot of kissing and dancing. It was very very romantic.,” Marty says of the couple’s not legal ceremony, for which they purchased the One Love Affair package ($199), paying extra for the Elvis impersonator — which is a subtle nod to their favorite movie, True Romance. “It takes 30-40 minutes to complete. She got married, danced, threw the bouquet and then went off. So about 30-40 minutes tops.”

As for their wedding attire, Marty says, “They were both dressed in black. The same thing they had on from the award show.”

“The vibe was just love. They didn’t really speak. They came in — went right to the chapel and did their ceremony,” Marty adds. “It wasn’t all that communication with me. I dealt with the person who paid and all that.”

While the couple did participate in a wedding ceremony, they are not legally married as the Clark County clerk’s office confirms to In Touch that it has not issued a marriage license for either party. TMZ was first to report.

The Blink-182 drummer and Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum announced their engagement October 17, 2021, after Travis popped the question on a beach in Montecito surrounded by red roses and candles.

The musician got down on one knee with a gigantic diamond ring for the Poosh founder. “Kourtney’s show-stopping ring appears to feature a 10-12 carat elongated oval diamond set on a delicate diamond accented white gold or platinum band,” Kathryn Money, SVP of Merchandising and Retail at Brilliant Earth, revealed to Life & Style at the time.

Depending on the quality and specific characteristics of the center and side stones, the expert estimated the cost of Kourt’s sparkler to be approximately “$500,000 to $1 million.”

Roses have been a prominent flower for the couple, who even decked out their 2021 Christmas trees with white lights and the crimson stems. Kourt’s recent obsession with red even had fans speculating her wedding dress was going to be in the non-traditional hue.

“I told you guys, everything is red,” TikTok user @carolinejcrawford said in a November 2021 video, referring to Kourtney’s possible wedding dress. “Everything’s literally red. It’s gonna be red … I called this! I felt this in my bones and I think she’s leading up to it.”

Some commenters agreed, while others hypothesized the reality star would still opt for a white dress but all the decor would be red. Of course, most people assumed she would be in multiple looks during the big day.

Kourtney and Travis, who have been neighbors for over a decade, made their romance Instagram official in February 2021.

“They’ve been secretly together for a couple of months and are really into each other. The chemistry between them was there, so it seemed like a natural transition,” a source told Life & Style at the time.

Travis was previously married to his first wife, Melissa Kennedy, from 2001 to 2002. In 2004, he wed now-ex Shanna Moakler, with whom he shares son Landon and daughter Alabama. They divorced in 2008.

Prior to her relationship with the Can I Say author, Kourtney’s longest relationship was with ex Scott Disick. The pair dated on-and-off for nearly 10 years and share three kids — Mason, Penelope and Reign.

Although they have remained close friends and coparents over the years, Scott and Kourtney’s relationship experienced some strain amid her romance with Travis.

A separate insider told Life & Style that Khloé Kardashian was “playing peacemaker” since the mom of three got engaged to the musician. The Good American founder “has been there” for Scott and “helped” him deal with “his feelings” about the situation.

“He has spoken to her privately … [and] she is navigating him in the right direction when it comes to moving on,” the insider explained in December 2021. “Thanks to Khloé’s support, he’s in much better place than he was when Kourtney first announced her engagement.”
