Is Kailyn Lowry in Labor Right Now? Fans Think Baby Lo Could Come Any Minute After Reading This Tweet!
Could Teen Mom‘s newest addition be on the way?!
Twitter was sent into a frenzy Friday afternoon when Kailyn Lowry posted a series of tweets that had fans wondering if she’s in labor!
The Teen Mom 2 star dropped a major hint on social media when she wrote, “When Baby Lo doesn’t show up, you order a pineapple pizza and wait.”

Kail’s choice of pizza topping is especially peculiar since eating pineapple is said to help induce labor, according to an old wives’ tale.
Just a few hours prior to that tweet, Kailyn posted these emojis “???,” which prompted one fan to ask, “Does this mean Baby Lo is going to make his or her grand entry into the world?” while another added, “Baby time? I hope so! Little Lo wants to come!”
Last month, Kail’s BFF, Rebecca Hayter confirmed on Kail’s blog that she will hopefully be the one with her on her special day.
“I hope to make it there for the delivery,” she wrote, adding that Baby Lo’s birth will not be filmed.
It’s nice to know that Kail will have somebody there to support her while she gives birth, because it seems like her baby daddy Chris Lopez won’t be in the delivery room since he hasn’t been involved at all throughout her pregnancy — but she’s still holding onto hope that he might show up at the very last minute.
“She wants to give him the opportunity to see his child being born,” an insider told Radar Online. “She never said Chris couldn’t be involved with his child. She would hope he would want that, but she won’t force it or chase him to do so.”

In a promo for the season premiere obtained by Radar Online, Kailyn gave us a clue as to why she’s not longer with him.
She said, “He doesn��t want to be on the show. He doesn’t want his name on the show. He doesn’t want his other hoes to know about me!”
Ouch!
Although she doesn’t yet have a name for her third bundle of joy — she’s already a mom to Isaac, 7, with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera and Lincoln, 3, with ex-husband Javi Marroquin — we’re sure she’ll come up with a sweet name soon!
In the meantime, we actually like Baby Lo.
