During their bumpy nearly three-year marriage, Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy always agreed on one thing: wanting the best for their daughter, Bryn. Now, even as they move forward with a divorce, their “tiny peanut” remains their top priority. “There will be no fighting” when it comes to custody, a source close to the couple insists to In Touch. “This won’t be a drawn-out, nasty battle.”

Bethenny will remain in NYC instead of relocating to LA, as she’d previously wanted, to tape episodes of her new talk show, Bethenny, set to premiere in 2013. “She’ll do the show now from New York,” the source tells In Touch. “Jason never wanted to move to LA, and in the end, Bethenny’s going to do what’s best for her daughter.”

Bethenny knows that means making sure Bryn is near her dad, who is so hands-on that a TV insider calls him “Mr. Mom.”

“I didn’t have a role model for family togetherness,” Bethenny previously told In Touch about her troubled childhood, which included growing up without a father figure. “It makes me realize just how precious Jason is to Bryn.”
