Meet Dawn Baker — Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra’s Awesome Adoption Counselor!

Believe it or not, it's been more than eight years since Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra placed their daughter, Carly, for adoption, and so much has changed. The Teen Mom OG couple bought a farmhouse, welcomed a second daughter, and even started their own clothing company. Yet there's one person who has been there through all of their ups and downs: Their adoption counselor, Dawn Baker.

Fans of the show were first introduced to Dawn on 16 and Pregnant back in 2009, and since then, the trio has formed a seemingly unbreakable bond. Get to learn more about her below!

She studied at Eastern Michigan University

Not only did Dawn earn her Bachelor's degree at EMU, but she also got her Master's degree there as well. Plus, according to her LinkedIn profile, she's a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker (LBSW) — aka she's the first level of licensure recognized for social workers in a number of states.

She a Director at Bethany Christian Services

Their website states that the mission of Bethany Christian Services is to "demonstrate the love and compassion of Jesus Christ by protecting and enhancing the lives of children and families through quality social services." Dawn is responsible for "overall performance and functional leadership of the Pregnancy Counseling & Infant Adoption team state wide," her LinkedIn reads.

She's married

Back in September, Dawn celebrated her 35th wedding anniversary. "Mackinaw Island is a beautiful place to celebrate our 35th! Beyond blessed. Forever will never be long enough," she wrote in a caption on Instagram at the time. Aww!

She loves Cate and Ty!

The Michigan-native's social media is flooded with images of the pair — almost as if they're her own adopted children. Most recently, Dawn accompanied them on their visit to see their firstborn daughter, Carly, whom they hadn't seen in two years. "Blessed to spend time with sweet @CatelynnLowell & @TylerBaltierra this weekend. 8 1/2 years of walking this journey together #adoption ❤️," she wrote on Twitter. So sweet!
