Collin Gosselin’s Treatment Facility Once Had Its License Revoked After Patients Were Put in Danger (REPORT)

Kate Gosselin may have sent her son Collin to get help for his “special needs” — but a new report claims that the facility where he’s currently living may be more trouble than it’s worth!

Radar Online claims that they’ve discovered the facility where he’s being treated — though they’ve opted not to give its name, to protect the minors; according to their investigation, the center broke multiple rules this summer — so much so that the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services allegedly revoked their compliance license and reissued a six-month provisional certificate.

According to the court documents, there were issues with prescriptions being given to patients without permission and several incidents of staff members failing to complete formal training within the required 90 days of their start date.

Kate has remained very quiet since her son first began treatment for his special needs — explaining that she and ex-husband Jon Gosselin agreed on keeping specifics about custody quiet for the sake of their eight children.

“We are both court ordered not to speak about the care and custody of our children in detail. I’ve known all along where [Collin] is but the world doesn’t know, and I’ll leave it at that,” Kate previously said.

At the time, Jon felt as though Kate was intentionally trying to keep him out of the loop when it came tot their son’s treatment and care.

A lawyer for Jon said he was “very upset by certain statements made to the press,” adding he felt “the whole story is not being told.”

This isn’t the first time the press has seemingly caught the facility using shady practices.

It was previously claimed that they were hit with a lawsuit when they allowed a young patient to simple walk out of the front door “to freedom” because he/she wasn’t being adequately supervised.
