The mystery surrounding The Bachelor star Chris Soules’ fatal April 24 crash deepens. Trucker Kevin Quass, who came upon the scene in the immediate aftermath of the wreck that killed Chris’ neighbor Kenny Mosher, 66, tells In Touch that his truck’s dashboard camera mysteriously malfunctioned right before the crash.

“It didn’t catch the incident. It stopped recording for some reason,” says Kevin, adding that the camera — which could have recorded crucial video of the moments after Chris, 35, hit Kenny’s tractor — stopped working about two minutes before he arrived.
