Ah, the art of the selfie…
Imagine it: You're casually walking down the street and you bump into Chris Pratt — what's your first instinct? If you reach for your phone to ask for a photo, don't feel bad because you're not alone. Unfortunately, while celebrities appear on our television screens, and sing to us through our headphones — they don't always want to take photos with us.
The former Parks and Recreation star is currently on his press tour for Guardians of the Galaxy 2 — and decided to get candid about his thoughts on selfies.
"If I go out and want to do normal things, I have to be comfortable disappointing people. So I just don’t take pictures with people," he explained.
The 37-year-old Minnesota native is known for his down-to-earth personality as well as his movie star good looks. But, he recently admitted that he sometimes has his "diva moments" — and that they usually involve cigars.
"The Brits are so polite. There I am, smoking these little cigars on the set and it is, in fact, illegal,” he said. "But they were so reluctant to finally say, 'I'm very sorry, but I'm afraid it's against the law.' And I said, 'No, no, that's cool — just tell me when the cops come.'"
